Where can I fill up?

Will you pop-up in my neighbourhood?


Yes, we’d love to pop-up in your neighbourhood. We will set-up shop for an hour for you and your neighbours to fill up on home and body liquids, while checking out our lifestyle sustainability goods. We are currently offering neighbourhood pop-ups in our service area. Please email info@parkmarketandrefillery.com to schedule a pop-up.




Do you deliver?


We currently offer delivery in Burlington, Hamilton, Milton and Oakville. Click here to book an appointment. If you don't live in Burlington, Hamilton, Milton or Oakville and are looking to make a bulk order within our service area, please email info@parkmarketandrefillery.com with your address and refill request.




Do you work with businesses?


Yes, we offer zero-waste workshops and pop-ups at medium to large size businesses. Please email info@parkmarketandrefillery.com or click here for more information.




What kinds of containers do I need?


If it holds liquid, we will fill it. We simply ask that your reusable container is clean, dry and uncracked. We always recommend using a reusable that you already have, but we also sell refillable containers. These can be found on our ‘Refills & Products' page.




What happens to the bulk containers you refill from?


Once empty, we return them to our manufacturers, where they are sterilized, refilled and reused, over and over.




How come you aren’t using an electric cargo van?


Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to find an electric cargo van that meets our needs available for purchase in Canada. In a perfect world, our van would be electric, but that will take time and money. We hope this becomes a reality for Park Market & Refillery and so many other Canadian business in the future.




Are you doing anything to offset your emissions?


As our business matures, we aim to have a fully carbon neutral operation. Until then, if you wish to offset the emissions resulting from the transportation of your product, visit www.less.ca or www.mossy.earth.




What is your return policy?


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@parkmarketandrefillery.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Note: All refillable items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.




Do you sell gift cards?


Yes, we have e-gift cards available. These can be purchased online here.
